Google sign-in — user clicks "Sign in with Google" and authenticates via their Google account. Requires the Email field above to be a Gmail (@gmail.com) or Google Workspace address. SMS one-time code — user enters their email + we text a 6-digit code to the mobile phone below. Use for call-center reps without a Google account.
